Rylee Catlin grew up in the Valparaiso, Indiana area. She graduated from Purdue University Northwest with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. Rylee wanted to pursue Human Resources because she has a passion for people, and wanted to be in a position where she could advocate for and create a better work environment for her employees.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her cat, Toby. They love playing board games and card games. She enjoys watching movies, specifically any of the Marvel movies, and her favorite artist is Taylor Swift, with Reputation being her favorite album.
Rylee’s education and past experiences working in team environments has prepared her well to be the program coordinator for NW Health Family Residency. She is excited to be a part of this program and to work with the faculty and the residents.
