Dr. Shaun Mehdi grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois, after which he studied at Midwestern University – Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, and then completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Swedish Hospital in Chicago. He currently practices primary care with an interest in prevention and obesity medicine. Dr. Mehdi has always been passionate about teaching and leadership, and outside of work, enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on his favorite Chicago sports teams.
