My interest in family medicine stems from my deep appreciation for continuity of care and the opportunity to focus on chronic disease prevention. At the same time, my passion for sports has driven me toward a career in sports medicine—it’s long been a dream of mine to serve as a team physician for elite athletes. I was particularly drawn to the Northwest Health Porter program because, during the interview, I genuinely felt the faculty’s support and commitment to residents. I believe this program offers the ideal environment to help me grow as a physician and pursue my goals in both family and sports medicine.
