Growing up in Surat, India — a vibrant city known for its diamond industry and incredible food, I developed a strong sense of ambition while staying deeply connected to my roots. As a first-generation doctor, my journey into internal medicine was shaped by the seed of service my parents planted while realizing my own genuine love for the process – especially the challenge of solving problems and making a meaningful difference that truly drew me to medicine. There is nothing more exciting to me than a field where curiosity meets purpose, where every patient is a story to understand, and where medicine is not just about treating disease, but about walking beside people through some of the most vulnerable chapters of their lives.
I am incredibly grateful to have matched at Northwest Health, a meaningful step toward my long-term goal of learning and evolving in medicine while pursuing subspecialty training and building a career in academic medicine. I hope to combine patient care with teaching, mentorship, and the privilege of passing knowledge on to future generations of physicians.
Outside of the hospital, I’ll be found painting face portraits, vlogging for my YouTube channel, hiking, exploring new adventures, and learning new skills. Whether creatively, personally, or professionally, I believe growth comes from stepping beyond comfort zones and embracing new challenges.
